Do you have a bone broth hack you use?? @kettleandfire bone broth is in my pantry at all times! #KFPartner Simple Fried Rice Recipe INGREDIENTS 2 tablespoons butter, divided 1 large egg, whisked 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder salt and pepper 2 cups cooked and chilled rice (cooked in @kettleandfire chicken bone broth) 2 tablespoons soy sauce, or more to taste INSTRUCTIONS Add 1 tablespoon butter to nonstick pan over medium high heat and heat until melted. Add frozen veggies, and season with a generous pinch of salt and pepper, and the garlic powder. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until soft. Push veggies to the side, add 1⁄2 tbsp butter, pour in the egg and scramble it well. Then increase heat to high, add in the remaining 1⁄2 tablespoon of butter, and stir until melted. Immediately add the rice and soy sauce, and stir until combined. Continue sautéing for an additional 3 minutes to fry the rice, stirring occasionally. Taste and season with extra soy sauce, if needed. Note: not vegetarian because of the chicken bone broth :) you can sub it out! #kitchenhacks #toddler #kidsfood #easyrecipeidea #toddlerfood
