For #CSTalks2022 at @FlatironHouseNYC, guests enjoyed an engaging conversation with sustainable architecture pioneer Rick Cook of @COOKFOX Architects and Holly Liecht, Executive Director of @MadSqParkNYC, moderated by design + architecture writer Elizabeth Fazzare in the new full-floor model residence. Speaking on sustainable design and the many benefits of living with nature, Cook and Liecht gave guests insight into the rich history of Madison Square Park and Flatiron House’s connection to the historic greenspace. Flatiron House’s notable horticultural features include irrigated, planted loggias and a lush central garden—with an emphasis on natural materials.
