The 2025 911 GT3 is here and with it comes some exciting features!
Firstly, the Manual Transmission has returned for the 2025 GT3 Model line. We also see the return of a turnkey ignition, instead of the push button start in the 911 Carrera and 911 Carrera GTS.
So what’s new?
The 911 GT3 receives a new front and rear end, as well as improved aerodynamics. The Weissach Package is available as an option on the GT3 for the first time ever, for those who prioritize track performance. The package shaves weight by replacing components with carbon fiber counterparts, and forged magnesium wheels are available as an additional cost option.
The 911 GT3 Touring also receives a facelift alongside some more significant changes. For example, the GT3 Touring now has rear seats as an option. There’s also a new package available for the Touring: the Lightweight Package. This kit replaces components with carbon fiber counterparts, and it adds the shortened gear lever from the 911 S/T. Forged magnesium wheels are an option for this package as well. Cars equipped with the Lightweight Package receive a special plaque with a “Leichtbau” inscription.
Both models have a gear ratio that is 8% shorter than the predecessor. The carbon fiber lightweight bucket seats now feature a folding backrest, making it easier for rear passengers to enter and exit the car.
