I needed to get on a flight in the morning, sit in a meeting all day and attend an event that evening. Typical work week. How do you look good and feel comfortable all day? My husband, Nigel Curtiss, offered to make me a custom suit. I never looked back! A well fitting suit in a beautiful fabric truly feels amazing and looks good all day. I’ve also switched to wearing suits and tuxedos for special occasions. It’s so effortless and easy. I feel comfortable, confident and sexy in a suit. I completely get the meaning of a Power Suit. Another wardrobe staple for me is a chic and functional tote. I like to have a statement bag but it has to carry all my stuff...healthy snacks, water, iPad, scarf, sanitizer etc. Did I mention snacks? I hate not having all my stuff especially when I’m traveling. I’ve purchased beautiful tote bags over the years but none of them did the job for me. I was always losing or misplacing things in my bag. Digging around for my passport, phone, keys, snacks. I also didn’t like how bags are so heavy and they don’t have good inside zipper pockets and no top zip. I long to be organized! Nigel offered to design the perfect bag for me. My alligator tote is extremely lightweight, two deep zippered inside pockets, a top zip (yeah!) and it’s beyond gorgeous. My suits and bags will be classic pieces in my wardrobe for years to come.
