You really should be paying reparations regardless of an urgent need or not. That money belongs to us. 2) Foreign aid is a tactic of neo colonialism where colonised nations are left to beg for money from colonisers that comes with multiple strings attached and once again leaves the colonised at the mercy of the coloniser.
