AVAC Vietnam signs an EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTORSHIP CONTRACT with KPP Powers Commodities for the distribution of the ASF VACCINE. AVAC Vaccine is now currently commercially used in Vietnam for the livestock. What is African swine fever? African swine fever (ASF) is a highly contagious viral disease of domestic and wild pigs, whose mortality rate can reach 100%. The virus is highly resistant in the environment, meaning that it can survive on clothes, boots, wheels, and other materials. It can also survive in various pork products, such as ham, sausages or bacon. Therefore, human behaviours can play an important role in spreading this pig disease across borders if adequate measures are not taken. ASF has greatly crippled our livestock industry , hence, causing the livelihood of both commercial and backyard farmers to lose their source of income. ASF is greatly affected the food supply chain of the Philippines. With AVAC Vaccine, there is new hope for the Filipino livestock farmers ( both backyard and commercial ) to be able to grow and repopulate pigs once again.
