Beyond Beef Holiday Sub Slider Wreath. β€˜Tis the season for holiday potlucks, family gatherings and comfort foods. This wreath of sliders is guaranteed to be as pretty as it is delicious! @lettuce.thrive πŸŽ„ INGREDIENTS: 1 lb Beyond Beef 9 slider rolls or mini kaiser rolls 4 tbsp plant based butter, melted 3 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped 1 tsp italian seasoning 3 cloves garlic, minced 1⁄2 cup plant based pesto 1 cup marinara 1 lb plant based mozzarella Salt and pepper Fresh parsley for garnish PREPARATION: 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. Portion the Beyond Beef into 9 equal balls, press each ball into a muffin tin to form a patty. Season the patties with salt and pepper. Bake for 8-9 minutes until the patties start to brown and are cooked through. Lower the oven heat to 350. 3. Assemble the sliders in a large round cast iron. Spread a thin layer of pesto on the bottom of each roll and place them around the edge of the cast iron with all the sides touching each other. Place a beyond beef patty on the top of each bun, then top each patty with about 2 tbsp of marinara. 4. Sprinkle the cheese over top of the sliders. Allow some of the mozzarella to fall in the cracks of the sliders, this will act as the glue to hold the sliders in the form of a wreath. Top each slider with the top bun. Prepare the garlic herb butter by mixing the melted plant based butter, italian seasoning, garlic, and fresh parsley in a small bowl. Brush over top of the sliders. 5. Place in the oven and bake for 7-8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown. 7. Allow the sliders to cool for 10 minutes and then using an oven mit, place a cutting board on top of the cast iron. Flip the cast iron onto the cutting board to remove the sliders from the pan and keep them in wreath formation. Flip again onto your serving tray so the sliders are right side up. Garnish with sprigs of parsley between the sliders to serve.
