Our winemaking team, led by Megan Gunderson and Alison Frichtl, are working with the finest state-of-the-art equipment and resources to craft our world-class wines. The first phase of the Gold LEED winery was designed with great attention to gentle handling and hand-sorting of the fruit. When the fruit arrives at the winery, our winemakers have the opportunity to sort every lot of berries that comes into the winery before delivering it to tank. All of the fruit is hand-picked at night, to protect it from daytime heat which could damage the fruit and/or cause it to begin fermenting.
