MAY YOU BE BLESSED WITH ENOUGH FOOD TO FEED YOUR FAMILY. Koronto shows the remaining food that she has to feed her seven children. If possible, she will feed them once a day, but they regularly go a day without food. She tells us that when they can't eat, they sleep. She tells us she has given up hope of survival. ................................ Our “MAY YOU...” project came about as a reaction to my last trip to the Horn of Africa, with @concernworldwideus, where the region is enduring the worst drought in 40 years. As we left conversations with people, they would say, “May your family be blessed.” I was constantly shocked that these people, who had nothing, least of all hope, were able to find it in their hearts to bless a fellow human being. It highlighted to me that we ARE all connected, and I started to think about other blessings that we would all want to wish upon our fellow brothers and sisters.
