I think I’ve made this chocolate almond cake more times than any other cake. I’ve made it for birthdays, graduations, and times when I don’t know what to bring. It’s converted a few of our (strange) friends that don’t like chocolate cake. It’s seriously the best. Originally, I made this cake as a treat for Margot since she can’t eat gluten or dairy, but now I make it for everyone.⠀ ⠀ Recipe is Chocolate Almond Torte from @cooksillustrated It’s already #glutenfree.
