I still hesitate to post yoga flows because I worry about how others might judge my body as I bend, stretch, and fold. When I’m flowing in class or on my own, I’m not thinking about how my body looks, I’m just feeling it. But as I watch my videos back, I’m zooming in on the areas of my body that I haven’t yet accepted as they are. I am still a work in progress and I still need reminding that no one, even ME, has any business judging my body, and that’s ok! So even though I’m not at total peace with my body (I’ve come a long ass way and “total” peace might be a reach anyway), I share my flows to showcase that ALL BODIES ARE YOGA BODIES!! If you have a bigger body and have been hesitant to practice, please jump in and as always, feel free to comment below or message me for modifications!
