Here’s how to make these delicious sausage paddies🔽
Making your own sausage it’s not as hard as anyone thinks! All it takes is one bowl and your willing hands to mix, mix, mix. Not a complicated process for the best sausages you’ve ever had! 💕

Servings: 8
1 lb ground pork with a good amount of fat (can substitute ground chicken, turkey or meat of choice)
1 tbsp finely minced garlic
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp dry red wine
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp coarsely cracked black peppercorns
1 tsp coarsely cracked fennel seeds (toast in a dry skillet for a minute or two until fragrant for maximum flavor)
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (omit if you want a mild sausage)
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried ground sage
🥣Instructions
1. Place the ground meat in a bowl and add all remaining ingredients. Use your hands or fork to thoroughly combine the ingredients.
2. Wrap and chill for at least 6 hours before using, preferably overnight for best flavor.
3. Make into sausage paddies and cook on the grill. Enjoy!
Note: The sausage will keep in the fridge for 3 days or can be frozen, well wrapped, for up to 3 months.
