One thing I have learned about myself as a Barber is that I am not in this business to get rich. I am a barber when I go home and even on my days off. People ask me what my hobbies are and I say cutting hair. I believe that in order to be a master of your craft you need to be obsessed and passionate about it. I will never stop educating myself and I will never stop thinking about haircuts and different techniques. I think about things I could’ve done differently and recommendations for upcoming appointments, what would look good on who and what looks terrible on who. I now work only 4 days a week.
