The family that dances together STAYS together 🥰 I was so happy to have my drag stage mom @alyssaedwards_1 and my sis @laganjaestranja in the ballroom on Monday night. They both were also a big part of my broken leg recovery. The docs had said I wouldn’t dance again til at least august of 2014... Alyssa and Laganja came to my moms place in Dallas and told me “too bad cuz we just booked a Haus of Edwards tour in Australia in March and u gotta be there.” So I worked harder than I ever had before to get outta that recovery boot and back into my dance boots! And it happened! 8 years later and here we are still KIKI’ING and dancing as family. 🥰 and thanks Alyssa for the pre-show technique tips! 😂😂😂 @dancingwiththestars
