Reserve some pasta water, then drain. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium. Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook 30 seconds. 3. Add diced chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked. 4. Stir in tomato ricotta pesto and sun-dried tomatoes; let it simmer for 1-2 minutes. 5.
