I did it!!! I changed my goals a little to be more achievable for me ๐Ÿ˜Š my goal was 160g of protein but in the end 172g of protein 1622 calories for the day. Growing up i felt brainwashed by diet culture. I was told if i want to lose weight i need to starve myself to lose weight. Its a weird sensitive subject for some but I feel best when i fuel my body with good foods. I am trying to stay in a calorie deficit while staying full! This is more food than i would normally eat but i didnt hit my normal sluggish afternoon phase where i just want to sit on the couch!! Surprise surprise probably because my body is actually nurished lol.
