Earlier this year I spent a beautiful weekend in the country with @bfg_graham , @georgiamoot and @mari.anthi_ We wanted to explore ideas of sustainability in making images, manifested in terms of the environment created on the shoot, production and through working exclusively with brands who care about people and the environment. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The series was styled by Marianthi Hatzikidi, who in her practice highlights female and artisanal brands, as well as vintage pieces, and modelled by real life friends Georgia Graham and Georgia Moot, who were both involved in the direction of the shoot. We hoped to express a playful and alternative way to making images, while highlighting an earnest appreciation of simplicity. We were delighted that series was selected as a winner of the @eyesontalents Grand Prix Photography and Sustainibility 2021 and shown in a lovely public show at the Hôtel de Ville in Paris earlier this year. #female #friendship #fashion #sustainability #eyesontalents #beauty
