So accountability Friday post being done whilst I'm at home unwell haha!
Training and everything was going so well until yet again I get some kind of chest infection .
However some wins this week and some first too.
Sunday saw me have the joy of trying wraps for the first time ever. Like ever. And I have to say thank you for @weightykate for showing me the fun and the pain too! Going 185kg for doubles. It is something else it really is because you honestly cannot feel anything. At @marshcoaching has the joy of pressing 140kg for the first time in months , deadlifting with bands are horrible haha!
On a more hilarious note. I have no idea how I managed to mess up the percentage for my SSB session.... it was around 58% of my rm.... I put on 150kg..... now. My rep max is 225kg..
Yes me and maths don't get on 🤣🤣🤣
There is a photo here too of me post gym session and actually starting to see the difference and liking what I see in the mirror. It can always be better. But slowly I'm working on it. That's all we can do.
One thing recently training wise for me which I've enjoyed is giving myself my own flexibility for training with Time and location not being a issue has helped so much. And means that I don't put added pressure on myself
Still today is a day full of rest before being up bright and early to head over to @supertraininguk for MC duties....with a mic so my throat can be saved haha!
