I often get asked how I stay so consistent in the gym and in the most simple terms: I do it for future me. And my loved ones. I truly believe how we treat our bodies in our younger years can play a massive part in how we spend our last years. I want to spend my 70s and 80s still doing the things I love - working out, traveling, hiking, dancing, all the things!! I know life can throw you a curveball at any moment and it might be something you had no control over.... but this is just even more of a reason to take control of the variables you are able to (staying active, eating clean foods, no processed foods, drinking plenty of water) and put your health first.
