✨RETINOL RECOMMENDATIONS✨ I hear y’all so here’s some retinol recommendations for absolute beginners! I have reviewed them all (in-depth) so this will just be a quick rundown on the key points No matter which one you choose, just remember to start slow (start with 1 time a week and work up to 3 times a week depending on your skin) and be consistent with it! It takes months to see results :) 🍀Innisfree Retinol Cica Repair Ampoule (0.015%) - Literally the gentlest here - To the point daily usage will be no issue for most ppl (even when you first start) - Sensitive skin should try this 🦄Somebymi Retinol Eye Cream (0.1% retinol) - It’s an eye cream but you can use it on your whole face too - Very affordable 🍇Stratia Night Shift (0.15%) - Has a rich moisturising texture - Great all-in-one for the PM - Great for dry skin 🦋Cerave Resurfacing Retinol Serum (% unknown) - I recommended this to all my friends - Good balance of gentle-ness and efficacy - Great for improving skin texture and the look of pores 🍆Good Molecules Gentle Retinol Cream (0.1%) - Has a gel cream texture that is not too heavy - Great all-in-one for the PM - Best for oily to combination skin 🤰🏻Paula’s Choice 0.3% Retinol + 2% Bakuchiol Treatment (0.3%) - Gives the fastest results in my experience - Great for improving skin texture and pores too Hope this helps! Once you are used to retinol, you may also wanna explore retinaldehyde products (my personal favorite type of retinoid) for more results :)
