Moment of sincere gratitude here. We had the pleasure of meeting the lovely @subhankar94 at @rawwineworld the week before last. We were tasting folks on these (soon to be announced) new ferments. He approached and told us that his family is from the very same area in the Nilgiris in South India where these teas are produced and that he was traveling there shortly thereafter. Of course, we handed off some bottles. A few days ago he sent us these photos: our bottles looking out onto the farm in which the teas were grown, the small factory in which they were processed, even the office cat, Sandy 🥹🐈 We’ll have much more to say about these lovely new additions to our lineup, including about the women run farm from which these teas come. But, for now, thank you @subhankar94 for filling our hearts 💕
