Ghost Story Time: The Aruba incident I’ve never forgotten 👻😱 I can’t believe Halloween is already here… one of my favorite holidays of the year. I love the costumes, the vibes… and yes, even the ghost stories. And let me tell you — I have one of my own. Many years ago in Aruba, my husband and I experienced something we still can’t explain. Every night after midnight, we’d hear high heels walking on wood and furniture shifting. We assumed the sounds came from the floor above us… But on the third night, things got even stranger. I felt someone sit on our bed — my feet literally sank into the mattress. Moments later, my husband felt pressure on his neck, like someone was choking him, and he couldn’t move his body. He tried calling out to me for help but couldn’t. When we turned on the lights, I noticed the crucifix on the rosary I wear to sleep had snapped in half. On the fourth day, we asked the hotel receptionist to move our room, but they apologized and said everything was fully booked for the holidays. That night, we kept the light on and stayed up watching TV because we were too scared to sleep. Right after midnight, the same sounds started again — furniture moving, heels walking… We looked at each other like, here we go again. 😱 Thankfully, on the 5th day, we flew home… To this day, I still wonder… Was something trying to reach us?
