💫My yoga students know that I love functional movement, with intention. As I age, the ability to move pain free, from the right part of the body, is my jam. I don’t push past my range, I try to build poses from the correct part of the body. Thank you @kategillespie for your inspo on this twisted class sequence on moving through rotation with power 💪. Moving from the thoracic spine, as opposed to the lumbar spine, which is a common misalignment in a yoga class. These types of movements teach you to run and walk with ease.
