As a proud LEED certified residence located in the heart of Battery Park City, it was only fitting that for #CSTalks2022 @TheSolaireNYC host an esteemed panel speaking on the value of WELL certification and how buildings support healthy lifestyles. The conversation included Janera Soerel, Senior Director at @WELLCertified, Lydia Rapillo, Senior Vice President at the Albanese Organization, and Bethany Borel, Associate Partner at @COOKFOX Architects, with opening remarks from Aaron Goed of Corcoran Sunshine. Among the many qualities that make The Solaire LEED certified include its energy-efficient solar panels, the indoor air quality and ventilation system delivering a constant filtered air supply throughout, and the building’s green, vegetated roof covering and irrigation system that supplies water to an adjacent park.
