It’s 80 degrees and sunny in November — just one of the reasons I love living in Texas! We took a quick day trip to Fredericksburg today, aka Texas wine country! Did you know Texas is one of the top-producing wine regions in the US? Fredericksburg and the surrounding towns are packed with beautiful wineries. We visited @lostdrawcellars today and sampled five of their most popular wines. All the area wineries are operating on a reservation system in order to maintain social distancing. We sat outdoors plenty of distance from other groups, and masks were required if you got up from your table. Everything felt perfectly safe to me. I also received a negative covid test on Thursday of this week (no symptoms, just making sure!) so don’t comment any travel shaming, please. Have you visited any Texas wineries?
