I’m honored to be here forging new ground and building the future with the next generation of creatives and visionaries Culture, Business, Finance & Lifestyle have now culminated into a transcendent movement. Ringing the bell at Nasdaq made me reflect on my upbringing and embrace my past. I grew up around extreme poverty and systemic oppression, which is an environment that stifles dreams before they’re even conceived. I thank God that environment honed my instincts and sharpened my skills to be able to lead, love and compete at the highest level. The next chapter in my career is about sharing the roadmap to what got me here with who’s next up but especially those who look like me and come from the same place I come from.
