this is my go-to weekend breakfast! it never fails and is perfect for hosting recipe via @Eat Like an Adult 4 eggs 3/4 cup milk 3/4 all purpose flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/3 cup butter 1-2 cloves garlic, minced 4 tbsp. parmesan cheese, shredded 4 tbsp. parsley, dill, & tarragon 1 tbsp. lemon juice lemon zest salt crème fraîche 1. place cast iron pan in oven and preheat to 445F. make sure there is room for the dutch baby to rise while cooking 2. add eggs, milk, flour, & salt to a blender and mix well. allow mixture to come up to room temp! this is key for the dutch baby to rise 3. grate parm cheese, chop herbs, and mince garlic. combine with a pinch of salt 4. once oven is preheated, remove cast iron and melt butter completely. add egg batter and sprinkle herb and cheese mixture overtop 5. bake for 15-20 mins until golden. do NOT open the oven. this will deflate your pancake 6. mix lemon juice & crème fraîche 7. to serve: top with smoked salmon, crème fraîche, dill, & lemon zest #brunchrecipes #breakfastideas #breakfast #breakfastrecipes #dutchbaby #dutchbabypancake #cookwithme #cooking #recipes
