Ingredients 1 Whole Turkey 1 Pit Boss Turkey Bucket Kit Olive Oil Seasoning of Choice Butter Directions Brine overnight (1 hour per pound) Rinse turkey and pat dry Use olive oil as a binder and season with preferred seasoning Smoke at 270° F for 2 hours, basting with melted butter every 45 minutes - 1 hour. After 2 hours, increase smoker temperature to 300° F and continue basting with butter. The turkey is finished cooking when the breast reaches an internal temperature of 165° F.
