Psalms 143:11-12, “For your name’s sake, Lord, preserve my life; in your righteousness, bring me out of trouble. In your unfailing love silence my enemies; destroy all my foes, for I am your servant.” Camp Koinonia!!!! It’s safe to say that every year Yahweh teaches me something new at camp. This year, the Lord highlighted the weight, the glory, and the majesty of the name of Jesus. Taking on and bearing the name of Jesus is not a small task!!!! We are called to be living stones for the Kingdom of God- walking in holiness, love, and truth. I pray that as believers we understand the character of Jesus but also the purpose of Jesus- to bring glory to the name of the Lord. I pray that my life not be a culmination of all my temporary successes, but simply a vessel for the name of the Lord.
