“Friends” is not just music that was made long ago. It’s a celebration of a extraordinary human being that changed my life and the life of countless others forever... It’s history just as we predicted it to be from the very beginning. We wanted to change the world and that is exactly what happened. I write this with tears in my eyes and a heavy heart, I would do anything to hug him one more time and hear his laugh. It saddens me that one day my memories will wither away because that is all I have left of him.
