New @lambchopisaband out now. Congrats to Kurt, @arsononly @andrewbroder and thanks for letting me watch for a week. Ryan and andrew work a lot in areas that I find amazing but have no experience with or exposure to here in americana-land nashville. So it was very cool to see sampling and ai used in new and interesting ways that I could not have contributed to much other than with awe. These guys were a large part of showtunes as well but I had my hands all in that one. This one, my credit is purely ornamental; a monkey could have done what I’ve done here. Which, I have to say, makes it a better record for me. Sometimes it’s good to see what’s better without you and get to enjoy something as a listener again, untethered to the mind numbing minutiae that I typically exist in on a daily basis. Another new chapter for lambchop, new flavors all around. Proud to have played my part when I did. It’s pretty special I hope you go buy this and listen to it. Thank you
