I always assumed that COURAGE leads to ACTION -- but it’s actually the other way around. Great leaders rarely wait for their fortitude to cross a threshold. They take action and then let courage catch up. Each action builds more courage...and even when you take the wrong step, you build a little more bravery for the next one.
