Recently, I’ve had the privilege of speaking on panels, which has been an extraordinary experience. Speaking to fellow designers has given me a sense of community. Thank you. This inspired me to team up with my friend Julia to create "Empower the Designer"— a forum dedicated to creating space for ideas and strategies to be shared in order to enhance the management and success of your design firm.
