I’ve always loved going to places, be it a restaurant or a bakery, where I can see the magic happening. I want to see the artistry of a dish being created, the movement, the teamwork in action. With that in mind, part of our vision for The Flower Kitchen was to lift the curtain of floral design and have our design table placed in the cafe where people are meeting and gathering. I wanted to be accessible to curious, flower loving people. It’s different, I know. We are on display as we create, but honestly, I think it makes us better!
