Dark Chocolate Blueberry Bark • 1 tap coconut oil • 3/4 cup dark chocolate (I use @hukitchen) • 1 pint (washed) blueberries __ Melt coconut oil. Add chocolate & melt, stirring constantly. Mix in blueberries and thoroughly cost. Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Optional: sprinkle with sea salt flakes. Cool in freezer until hard ( around 15 mins) & store in fridge.
