Wow, God: this is what it feels like to be a parent. As exciting as this next chapter will be, my heart feels a little heavy today. 🥹😅 • Today, my baby’s 18th turns EIGHTEEN. Officially an ADULT and I really don’t know how to feel. I’ve watched this WOMAN endure so much in her life and she always manages to come out on the other side with such passion and joy for life. It has been a privilege to have been your mom since I met you in 2012. God knows how this life will be - and He knew that I wouldn’t be able to have kids and He blessed me with you. I am so thankful for this experience and I am so proud of who you are and what you are becoming. I pray that you know how much I love you and how much it took for us to get to this moment today!
