Luxurious Pomodoro In a Flash from @odettewilliams new book, Simple Pasta! I had a few tomatoes, my wood oven was fired up and Odette’s book arrived in the mail, so this bowl of pasta was destiny! You don’t need a wood fired oven to make this, that was just lucky timing on my part. The sauce really did come together in a flash and it was so incredible I sat alone and admired my single serving of pasta. I contemplated sharing it, but looked down and it was gone.
