the "ho" in hotel self portrait series : i spend a lot of time in hotels and whatnot and sometimes when i’m traveling and i get arrested or i have a really heavy day i either drive out to a lake and swim out that stress or do something creatively to keep myself from going crazy, plus i’m sober so i have to find a healthy outlet that doesn’t hurt me so i like to work on my music and take self portraits , especially in the space that i’m in and going back to look at them and reflect on what has happening in my mind/life around that time, from here on out i’ll be sharing the different self portraits/images i take in my hotels. hopefully in a year or so i can show some of these images in a gallery on a large scale and have an interactive night where i talk about which state/country/city i was in and what songs i was working on when certain photos were taken and what i experienced at the jails in those places. appreciate y’a! xoxo
