It’s tough for me to say goodbye to last week’s sessions. Learning the new choreography I create every week in the @tracyandersononlinestudio is important to your balance and physical results, but it’s also key to the health of your mind.
I create for the future: to counteract age-related physical and mental decline. I create for the now: to engage and activate our whole, primal selves.
Power is in the details, like when we use specific touch points to trigger beta endorphins, which regulate anxiety, pain, appetite, and stress. It’s the little things that make all the difference.
There’s a lot packed into each week and each session we share together. Did everyone try intermediate at least once?? I’m so impressed by all of you! 💗
