Recently I started a consulting business utilizing some of the knowledge and skills I’ve acquired bartending for many years in New York City. I just finished this consulting project with Mission Chinese in Bushwick- I’ve been eating at @eatatmission since it’s earliest days in San Francisco and it was a total pleasure working with the entire team here in Brooklyn. For this project I designed a whole new bar program for the restaurant and the menu recently went live- pop in for dinner and a drink for one of NYC’s most unique dining experiences.
