Made the best and easiest low carb high protein #spaghettisquashrecipe recipe below! 1 package of ground turkey 1/2 jar of marinara sauce (no sugar added) 1 container of @madegoodfoods cottage cheese 1 medium size spaghetti squash Start with piercing the spaghetti squash and microwave for 6 minutes while that’s in the microwave brown the turkey with some seasoning of choice. After turkey is browned add the marinara sauce and mix until combined add in 1 container of the cottage cheese and mix and let sit for 5 minutes on low heat covered. Take spaghetti squash out of microwave cut in half and take out seeds put it top down in a oven safe container and cook for 15 minutes at 350. Take squash take fork to make it look like spaghetti! Then add mixture of ground Turkey into the spaghetti squash and put it in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes!
