I've not posted anywhere near enough of my work on the music scene lately, so here we go with a great big catch up! For starters, here's legendary folk duo @spiersandboden photographed in the most incredible gold & grey storm light last year for their album "Fallow Ground" (released by the ever brilliant @hudson_records). Courtesy of the mad weather that day, we only had a tiny window of time in which to get the cover shot - cue me *slightly* anxiously watching the clouds while Jon & John were in the recording studio, and @magicandy81 taking up the role of umbrella wielder as well as producer / engineer / label manager - but I'm so, so very glad we braved it. WHAT a break in the weather! These images were shot using a combination of natural light (to the back left) and portable studio flash from @interfitphotouk (front right) to balance it out a little.
