Kappa Chapter is Saddened to share Brother Ben Bodne (initiate ‘21) passed away Friday, September 8, 2023 in Fayetteville Georgia after courageous battle with the rare head and neck cancer, Embryonal Rhabdomyosarcoma. Ben was a strong, tough, man of God. He stayed boldly faithful throughout his battle and, despite his more than a year long fight, managed to diligently maintain his studies in pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Commerce on the pre-medical track from Mercer University. Ben was truly a man of God and his iron hard will and concrete faith was admired and respected by all those that had the privilege of knowing him. Psalm 16:8 “I have set the Lord always before me; because He is at my right hand, I will not be moved.”
