the best shrimp tacos 🌮 y’all know we make fish tacos every week so i had to switch it up & make a shrimp taco recipe! just as flavorful as before andddd this one has a peach salsa on top 🍑 taco tuesday is about to go down 🔥 RECIPE (gluten free, dairy free): **makes about 4 tacos, with some leftover slaw & salsa** -corn tortillas for the shrimp: -1 lb raw jumbo shrimp, peeled & tail-off -1/2 tbsp olive or avocado oil -1 tsp chili powder -1 tsp cumin -1/2 tsp garlic powder -1/2 tsp onion powder -salt + pepper + cayenne to taste for the cilantro lime slaw: -3 cups shredded cabbage (or coleslaw mix) -1/3 cup chopped cilantro -1/3 cup diced red onion or shallot -juice from 1/2-1 lime, depending on preference -2 tbsp mayo -squirt of sriracha -salt to taste for the peach salsa: -1 cup diced peaches -1/2 cup diced roma tomato -1/4 cup chopped cilantro -1/4 cup diced red onion or shallot -1/2 jalapeño, diced (with seeds) -juice from 1 lime -salt to taste toss shrimp with oil & seasonings. then spread onto a parchment-lined air fryer tray or baking sheet. air fry (or bake) at 400F for about 8 minutes or until cooked through. prepare the slaw by tossing all ingredients in a large bowl until combined. prepare salsa by mixing together all ingredients in a medium bowl. warm up your tortillas and then assemble starting with the slaw, then the shrimp & finally the peach salsa. enjoy! #munchinwithmaddie #peachsalsa #shrimptacos #tacotuesday #tacorecipe #cookwithme #cookingvideos #satisfyingvideos #glutenfreedairyfree #healthymexicanfood #mexicanfood #besttacos #shrimprecipes #healthydinnerideas #healthyrecipes
