Visited Ad Hoc, Thomas Keller’s less formal family style restaurant vs the French Laundry. We had the brunch set menu with the Chicken and Waffles entrée. Hands down the fried chicken was one of the best I’ve ever had! It was very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Didn’t need the gravy but it definitely made the chicken yummier. Highly recommended for a casual brunch with friends if you happen to be in Napa Valley.
