Pasta 3 cups all-purpose flour 6 large eggs( i use 3 whole and 3 egg whites) 1 tablespoon olive oil Pinch of salt 3/4 cup water, or more, as needed Alfredo Sauce 1⁄2 Avacado oil 1 1⁄2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream 2 Teaspoons Garlic Minced 1⁄2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon Pepper 2 Cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese (the cheese makes it so get a good quality parm!!
