Screw it! Putting it on the grid. I didn’t even realise I was doing it until I was back at the top. This might not seem like much but this is so much progress. I didn’t have a second in the bank but I will. All I’ve done is show up every day and progress from wall, incline and assisted press ups to get this far. If I can do it, so can you.
