A few weeks ago while I was in Paris I took a detour to Meudon to visit @alainducasse and the amazing @ecole_ducasse culinary school. His Paris campus has become an internationally-renowned, global destination for teaching the art of culinary and French pastry. I had the pleasure of meeting with students from all over the world, including some on their graduation day, and was both impressed and inspired after speaking with the next generation of young chefs beginning their careers in this industry. Congratulations to my friend #alainducasse for his new endeavors promoting French cuisine around the world.
