Home Owner Cardio
... interval edition.
Every 5 minutes:
1-2 minutes WORK!
- hammer the bike
- run hard
- do burpees
- or another cardio as hard as you can.
Rest of the time... get shit done.
- sweep
- answer DMs
- pick up dog poop
- move the sprinkler
- weed eat
- or whatever the list says
Repeat as many times as you want.
I like 5-10 rounds.
