Whew child. About once a quarter I get the people going. I didn’t think this was a hot take but apparently there’s some confusion around mentorship vs coaching. Neither is wrong, we just need to have a better understanding of what it is. People should be paid for their time BUT money is not the only form of currency. Also, if you dont have the interest or capacity to be a mentor, that is okay. Don’t call people entitled for seeking out something that should be free anyway.
